  1. What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
    The return policy on returns and exchanges is 30 days after your purchase. The refund is on the product only. A small restocking fee may be charged of 5% in some cases. Usually, when a product is not returned in its original condition. If tags are still attached and product has not been worn for the occasion the fee may be waved. Here are some tips to help you with your returns and exchanges. Make sure the items are packed away in the same condtion as when they arrived. Often we receive items back wrinked or without the plastic or tags. Return the items back in their original packaging. Return the items within our 30 day policy if not satisfied with your purcahse.

  3. Do You Ship Internationally?
    Yes, we do offer an international shipping option for 65.99. There is no guarantee of how long it will take for delivery due go customs but we estimate it at 3 weeks.

  4. What size do I order for my child?
    Our size chart is a good place to start but does not always give the most accurate measurements due to the fact that every child is different. It works best for a child who is average size for their age. If he is a little tall, for example, for his age the size chart may be off. Our tuxedos run pretty true to size in most cases which means ordering the size your child usually wears may be the best place to start. Also, if your child is in between sizes ordering up a size is best for altering purposes.
